Payment for your charging session is made through the CHARGE mobile app. Simply download the app, link your payment method, and follow the on-screen prompts to start your session. Payment methods include credit and debit cards (VISA and Mastercards).

The CHARGE Wolmaransstad station operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

The R1 charge on your credit card is a small test transaction that’s part of a security process called tokenization. When you added your payment method, this charge was made to verify your card and assign a unique security code (called a token) to your card. This token will be used for any future transactions, instead of your actual card details, making your payments safer.

You have the option to add more than one credit or debit card as a payment method. Your preferred option can be saved as your primary card.

No, the CHARGE app is designed specifically for use at CHARGE EV charging stations and cannot be used at other EV charging stations.
