Powered by solar energy with integrated battery storage, the station operates independently from the grid to provide dependable charging for everyday travel and long-distance road trips across South Africa.

All CHARGE locations also offer the convenience of farm stalls, with great coffee and local food experiences, creating comfortable and welcoming destinations where travellers can recharge both their vehicles and themselves.

The station forms part of CHARGE’s growing national network, with operational sites on the N3 and N12 and the next phase planned for the N1 corridor.
